Automatic Lubrication System The TCK800 is equipped with a DAMAITIAN MTA-203 automatic lubrication system, which delivers precise, timed oil supply to guide rails and ball screws. It features a digital display for setting lubrication intervals, a pressure gauge for real-time monitoring, and a transparent oil tank with level indicators to ensure continuous, reliable lubrication, reducing friction and extending component life.	Electrical Control Cabinet The machine’s electrical cabinet integrates a Fanuc CNC control system (or optional Siemens/GSK), with neatly organized wiring, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks. It includes a power supply unit, contactors, and a dedicated cooling fan to maintain stable operation. The ergonomic design ensures easy access for maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting high-precision machining control.
