Product Application

This machine tool adopts a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and slide seat are all made of high-grade gray cast iron, which is cast by resin sand casting process and then subjected to aging treatment. The matching guide rail surface adopts 55-roller linear guide rails, which have a large load-bearing capacity and good precision stability.

The machine tool spindle is driven by a wide-torque servo motor. The X and Z axes adopt domestic precision ball screw pairs and dedicated ball screws. The X and Z axes are equipped with advanced centralized automatic lubrication devices, which provide timed and intermittent automatic lubrication, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

A : T/T ,30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment ;Irrevocable LC at sight .When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production.when the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you.after we got your balance payment. we will send the machine to you.

A : FOB, CFR and CIF all acceptable.

3.When is the delivery time?

A: If the machine you will order is standard machine, we can ready the machine within 15days. if some special machines will be some longer. The ship time is about 30 days to Europe, America.
