1) It is included with flat bed, wide and hard guide and secure protection completely closed. The good-looking machine is fully equipped, very reliable and ensures high rigidity and precision, easy operation and good safety.

2) As adopted with integral bedfeet, hardened super sonic guide, this machine has high rigidity and perfect precision. Bed, bed feet, spindle box and trolley, etc. All made with precious casting. Through finite element analysis, the rigid tapes were arranged reasonably, thus improving the processing capacity of the machine.

3)There are 2 kinds of screw box equipment to choose from, such as: 2-step gear change speeds and single spindle step speeds which can satisfy the customer who requires the machine with great torque, high-speed processing, etc. The spindle bearing is purchased on Japanese NSK precision bearings, and there are FANUC servohusillo to choose from.

4) There are row adjustment tools to choose from that can easily adjust the height of tool centers and are also convenient for the various tools used in processing.

5) As the machine adopts the modular design, except that the spindle main box and CNC system can be chosen by customers, also mandrels as handle and 10 or 12 inch hydraulic chuck handle, tool posts as 4 positions, 6.8-position horizontal power tool posts or row tool posts; Glue stocks such as handle or hydraulic glue to choose from according to customers' requirements. More so, we can supply the simple bar stock conveyor for your requirements.

6) A fully enclosed secure protector was used on these machines. Due to the operation panel set with the traction gate, the operation panel can move with the door at the same time, which will make the operation more practical.

The spindle features a bore diameter of φ104mm and a taper of MT5, while the φ315mm chuck provides secure clamping for heavy workpieces up to 3 tons.	Turret & Tool Post This is the NC 4-position turret with a tool handle size of 12:32. Tailstock Assembly The tailstock assembly includes a quill with a diameter of φ100mm, MT5 taper, and 250mm travel.
